Dubai Water Canal

Dubai Canal is one of the newest top attractions in the city. It is long canal on Creek located from Al ghubaiba creek side until the end of the Marina.

If you really want to see and experience the Dubai Canal, you can try in middle part of the canal located at Business Bay. It is nice to go there from 4pm – until night because of the cool wind and city lights at night. J

For now, Dubai canal is still not 100% finish. They are still constructing some minor parts, the parks and picnics area. If you want to relax and think freely, I recommend that you will stay for an hour in Canal and you will be relieved J
Phone charger outlets are available, benches and Free WIFI! J

Ferry is available in Dubai Canal, you can start from Al Ghubaiba – Marina or Business Bay – Marina that costs from 15dhs-75dhs. it depends on your route and you can stop in each ferry stations. J

Bar Hop!

Supposedly this is just a hang out at my uncle’s place and well, it turns out after hanging out at his place, Me, Aris, Ate Angel and Uncle Rino decided to go out around 1am to go to a bar.

We are just in Al Jafiliya, so we decided to go to Chelsea Hotel where you can find 4 different types of club; the Indian/Arabic Club – chill place, pool area and acoustic jam, the Russian bar – well, loud and disco, the Filipino bar – all about singing and dancing, and the Western bar – same theme with the Filipino bar. But unfortunately, we didn’t like any of it and still the time is up, we decided to change the plan.

We went to GGCO and we decided to visit first the Irish Village. According to Ate Angel, a cool place to chill; it was our first time to go there and we perfectly like it! The Irish style lounge, chill place to stay and super duper Irish music playing around the open bar. J They are open around night – 2:30 am.

After Irish Village, we went to Le Meridien Hotel where you can locate a club/bar/lounge place beside the hotel. Cool place also to take time to relax! Omg at the middle of the night and morning we are experiencing new styles of clubs, bars, pub and lounges! J
Tips: You can’t enter to a club wearing open shoes and shorts L Semi casual is the requirement!

We settled at our last bar because it is already 3 am and almost all of the bars are closing at this time. We finished our extra strong beers and ladies drinks.

Well, hangover strikes at work! Haha J

Burj Khalifa / Dubai Mall

Once you arrived at Dubai, put on your to do list the Dubai Mall; the largest Mall in Dubai. Everything you want to see is there; the high class shops, restaurants, fun games, chill place, dancing fountains, gold shops, dubai aquarium and many more. Together with the largest mall it is also a plus one where you can see and experience the tallest building of the world, Burj Khalifa.

It seems like you cannot finish strolling for just a day. You need at least 3-4 days before you can finish strolling each shops, entertainment and restaurants. Every night starting 6pm-8pm you can also experience the dancing fountain between Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa.

Our favorite parts in Dubai Mall are the Sega World, the village, Gold Souq and water fall.
